Matt Murphy is a graphic designer and illustrator who's private artistic practice includes the production of self-published comics, short stories, and graphic novels. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts’ Masters in Visual Narrative, Matt's design ethos centers on design as storytelling, and has engaged with projects that focus on environmental, personal, and global narrative. Matt's storytelling perspective is focused on the power of story and how it can be used as a vehicle to bring greater understanding to the world in which it inhabits. Matt currently lives in Brooklyn New York with his partner and cat.
